Recently, the 2025 Annual Marketing Summary Conference of IIIBEAR was successfully held. Company executives attended the conference, and reviewed the striving journey of 2025 and deployed the strategic direction for 2026 together with all employees.
At the conference, General Manager Mr. Ma delivered a strategic speech first, clarifying the enterprise's development positioning of "transforming from a traditional fastener manufacturing and sales company into an internet science and technology innovation enterprise". He pointed out that the company is injecting technological momentum into the traditional fastener industry through the "Four-Drive" strategy (Flybear Intelligent Manufacturing, IIIBEAR Platform, Bear Bit NVMI Intelligent IoT, Flybear Supply-chain Intelligent Supply Chain), enabling products to "spread their technological wings and fly to the whole world".
Mr. Ma emphasized that the core source of enterprise development is "Talent + Innovative Technology". The Flybear brand builds a solid foundation for long-term development with talents as the cornerstone, and the IIIBEAR Platform drives sustainable development with internet science and technology innovation. The two work together to provide a solid guarantee for the group to navigate through cycles and move forward steadily.
Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Ms. Wang conducted an in-depth review based on the overall data of 2025. Faced with the market environment where the traffic dividend is fading, Ms. Wang specially proposed to continuously refine the agile team, strictly control quality, and realize the leap from transaction to long-term service by continuously creating value for customers.
Sales Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang then made a special report on performance. He first sent New Year wishes to all employees and shared insights around customer value, team growth and performance breakthroughs. He stated that each sales division achieved outstanding results in core regions and key customer businesses in 2025, and encouraged everyone to continue to break through themselves, surpass dreams in the new year, and sprint for the 2026 performance goals together with more solid customer service and stronger professional capabilities.
All functional departments also completed their annual work reports simultaneously. Departments such as marketing, product and supply chain summarized their supporting achievements in brand promotion, product iteration, delivery guarantee and other aspects, sorted out pain points such as cross-departmental collaboration efficiency and data support capabilities, and promised to further optimize processes to provide more solid back-end support for front-line businesses.
At the same time, subsidiaries in Suzhou, Taicang, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Chongqing, Dalian and other places completed their annual reports one after another. Combining their own regional development characteristics, each subsidiary reviewed the work results in local market expansion, customer service, production capacity collaboration and other aspects in the past year. In the following days, they will deepen the regional market, consolidate the operational foundation, help the headquarters' global layout take effect, and form a strong synergy of one heart and collaborative development from top to bottom.
